Introduction
Teong Chuan Plastic (M) Sdn Bhd, founded in 1977, is a leading plastic bag manufacturer in Malaysia. Initially focused on producing polypropylene plastic strings, the company later expanded into manufacturing High-density Polythene (HDPE) bags. In 2005, Teong Chuan entered the export market and expanded its factory in 2010 to accommodate a production capacity of 15,600 metric tons per year. Today, Teong Chuan is one of the most established plastic packaging companies in Malaysia, exporting its products to Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Europe, and the United States. With a workforce of 300 workers and operators, Teong Chuan has amassed over 170 units of machinery, supporting a production capacity of 27,500 metric tons per annum.
