Introduction
POSCO-MKPC Sdn Bhd is a joint-venture between POSCO and PRESTAR RESOURCES BERHAD, aiming to penetrate the Malaysia steel processing market. Founded in 1996, it has two factories in Rawang and Port Klang, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. POSCO invested 30% shares in 2002 and became the major shareholder in 2008. MKPC offers products for various industries, including automotive, electrical, and construction. The company has achieved ISO & OSHA certifications and is the number one steel processing center in Malaysia.
