Pipemate Sdn Bhd, founded in 1983, has grown significantly since its inception as a trading company. It has since become a leading supplier of pipe jointing systems and valves, including Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coated pipe jointing system couplings, flange adaptors, and steel flanges. In 1991, the company opened its FBE Powder Coating Plant, the first of its kind in Malaysia. In 1993, it introduced FBE coated pressed steel sectional water tanks. PIPEMATE has partnered with SAPAG Valves since 1984, pioneering the industry with their body-lined butterfly valve and CLASAR silent check valve. In 2000, the company introduced the Ultrafit™ Coupling & Flange Adaptor. Over the years, PIPEMATE has developed and introduced the PEGrip™ total pull-out restraint Coupling & Flange Adaptor for PE pipes.
